Elections!

Everything I could say about the election I think was said much better in a report by our security officer from one of our offices in the South:

“It’s the happiest report I ever sent to you, because all what I describe is how people are happy yesterday and today. Yesterday, we all forgot all what we witnessed of dictatorship for nearly 80 years. It was the first time we have the decision to decide our country’s leadership and Iraq’s future; I am saying all this because no incidents happened yesterday, and I can tell you that the police and ING were excellent yesterday from the security side. It was the democracy itself. I really wish you were here to share with us our delightful yesterday. It seems like a wedding party, not an election.”
